The term “Client” or “The Client” refers to the user of this site or the user of our Services. The term “Object/Objects'' refers to the Object which the Client submitted for the value estimation. Texircon-International offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

We do not warrant that the quality of any Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

SECTION 9 - VALUE ESTIMATION SERVICE

VALUE ESTIMATION

Our Value Estimation Service is a remote service, which is provided completely remotely and the inspection (the resulting valuation/estimation) of the objects is done online without physical inspection and without research in terms of the background of the objects or further testing and analysis. 

The value estimation and the creation of the Value Estimation Certificate should be done within 2 business days after the Client has submitted the required information (dimensions, condition and other information) and pictures (as specified) in terms of the objects to us by Info@Texircon.com . The Client has a total of 3 business days to send the mentioned information and pictures in terms of the objects, if this deadline is exceeded, the  Client is not entitled to any refund. 

CLIENT'S ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

The issued Value Estimation Certificate is not for use in terms of official and formal purposes such as for (without limitation) court proceedings, inheritance disputes, insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy proceedings, divorce cases, insurance or tax matters or anything similar. The issued Value Estimation Certificate serves only as a guide and support for the sale. With our Value Estimation Service, we give non-binding recommendations for action.

We do not assume any liability for the Value Estimation Service and the created/issued Value Estimation Certificate:

• Our Value Estimation Service is a preliminary valuation/estimation (which is a matter of reasonable valuation/estimation) and is based on the information (size, condition and other information relating to the objects) and pictures (relating to the objects) submitted by the Client.
  

• It is also possible that other providers (with the same or similar service) come to a different valuation/estimation result.
  

• Our valuation/estimation (our Value Estimation Service/Certificate) is a statement of opinion (our personal opinion) and not a fact.
  

• Since the objects are not physically inspected, incorrect valuation/estimation may occur. We assume no liability for incorrect valuation/estimation and resulting transactions or trades. Furthermore, we do not give any warranties, guarantees or assurances that the valued/estimated objects will achieve the valued/estimated amount (determined by us) upon sale or auction.
  

• We assume no liability for our valuation/estimation, for the Value Estimation Service and the Value Estimation Certificate.
  
  

We assume no liability for unclear, incorrect, incomplete specifications, order submission or placement of the Client, as well as incorrect information submission from the client, which are necessary for the creation of the Value Estimation Certificate. 

Our valuation/estimation may change over time and due to fluctuating market conditions for the objects.

Our valuation/estimation does not consider any commissions, sale expenses or taxes that may be incurred or become due on the transportation or sale of the objects. With our valuation/estimation of the objects we do not assume any liability regarding functionality, safety or the foreseen purpose of the objects.

CLIENT'S OBLIGATIONS 

The Client shall pay the price for the Value Estimation Service in advance to Texircon-International.

The Client's specifications, submitted informations and pictures may not: 

• be offensive or be deemed to be so, or have any other unlawful content.
  

• be defamatory or violate personal rights
  

• be illegal, sexual, erotic, pornographic, glorify violence
  

• violate, impair or infringe any third party rights (like privacy rights, trademark, name or copyright and so on) 
  
  

In summary The Client is responsible for ensuring that the submitted specifications and content (in particular the images and other information) are lawful and do not infringe the rights of third parties. 

The Client assures Texircon-International that he/she is the owner of the object or is duly authorized by the owner to have the object valued.

The Client does not have the right to designate himself as the author or creator of the Value Estimation Certificate. 

The Client shall ensure that all photos, specifications and content provided and submitted about the Object are accurate, which includes all related information about the Object, such as relevant location, condition, condition issues, previously known authenticity issues, previous sales history, provenance and any other relevant information.

ADDITIONAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement and No Guarantee

This Terms of Use document constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Texircon-International regarding the Value Estimation Service. No additional guarantees, statements, or representations—whether oral or written—outside of this document shall be binding.
Texircon-International provides no guarantees or assurances of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or outcome of the Value Estimation Certificate or the Value Estimation Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Texircon-International is based. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of Texircon-International’s registered office.

Force Majeure

Texircon-International shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet disruptions, platform restrictions, third-party service outages, natural disasters, or regulatory issues.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texircon-International’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Value Estimation Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question.

SECTION 10 - CERTIFICATE REVIEW SERVICE

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Texircon-International’s Certificate Review Service is a remote, independent commentary format designed for individuals or businesses who already hold a written third-party certificate or value statement and wish to obtain an academic opinion on its structure and plausibility.

For the purpose of this service, "certificate" refers to any written third-party statement relating to the classification, origin, authenticity, or value of a rug, carpet, or similar textile.

Texircon-International provides written commentary based on internal academic standards developed through structured observation, sector knowledge, and comparative methodology. The commentary is based exclusively on the submitted document. No additional materials, images, or physical inspection are required.

This review does not confirm authenticity, legal status, or monetary value. It is not suitable for use in:

• legal proceedings
  

• insurance or tax matters
  

• public or commercial advertising
  

• any formal or institutional context
  

The reviewed document remains the full responsibility of its original issuer. Texircon-International does not verify, endorse, or reissue third-party certificates under any circumstances.

Texircon-International may issue a Texircon-International Seal of Academic Review only if the submitted document meets our internal formal criteria. This seal confirms that the reviewed document aligns with our internal academic standards in terms of logic, structure, and terminology. It is not a guarantee of factual correctness or authenticity. Misuse or misrepresentation of this seal is strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent exclusion from future services.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

• Texircon-International’s commentary is an academic opinion and not a statement of fact.
  

• The commentary is non-binding and not intended as a recommendation for legal, financial, or commercial decision-making.
  

• The review is not a verification, appraisal, or endorsement and must not be represented as such.
  

• Other experts or institutions may reach different conclusions.
  

• Texircon-International assumes no liability for the content, accuracy, or implications of the original certificate.
  

• Texircon-International assumes no liability for transactions or actions undertaken based on our commentary.
  

• Texircon-International assumes no liability for any misunderstanding, misinterpretation, or misuse of the reviewed certificate by the Client or third parties.
  

• The Client acknowledges that they do not rely on Texircon-International’s commentary as the basis for any financial, legal, or commercial decision.
  
  

Texircon-International does not guarantee the usefulness, completeness, or clarity of the submitted certificate. The evaluation may vary based on terminology, formatting, or lack of supporting data in the original certificate. Texircon-International’s commentary may evolve as internal standards are refined over time.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

• The Client shall pay the price for the Certificate Review Service in advance to Texircon-International.
  

• The Client must ensure that the submitted certificate and any additional material are lawful and do not infringe the rights of third parties.
  

• The Client assures Texircon-International that they are either the legal owner of the certificate or duly authorized by the owner to submit it for review.
  

• The Client may not represent the Texircon-International Seal or commentary as a form of endorsement, authentication, or official certification.
  

• Any use of the Texircon-International Seal must reflect the context of academic structure only. Misleading presentation of the seal or commentary may result in revocation and exclusion from future services.
  

• Redistribution, republication, or public use of Texircon-International's commentary without prior consent is prohibited.
  

• The Client must not alter, forge, or derive other documents from Texircon-International’s commentary or seal.
  
  

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Texircon-International shall not be held liable for:

• the original content, accuracy, or implications of the submitted certificate
  

• the use or misuse of Texircon-International’s commentary or seal
  

• outcomes of sales, purchases, disputes, or other decisions made based on the review
  

• system failures, service delays, or technical errors related to platform, payment, or communication
  

• changes in market perception or scholarly opinion that alter the future validity of the commentary

CERTIFICATE NUMBERS AND VERIFICATION

Each issued Value Estimation Certificate contains a unique Certificate Number, Certificate Serial, and Authentication Badge Number. These identifiers are archived by Texircon solely for the purpose of verification and protection against forgery.

Authenticity can only be confirmed by Texircon directly, upon request, by comparing the stored record with the document presented.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• Texircon retains the right to archive issued Certificates and related identifiers for verification purposes.

• The Certificate is non-transferable and intended exclusively for the Client’s private use.

• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Certificate, with or without its identifiers, is strictly prohibited

Section 11 - COMMITMENT & AWARENESS DECLARATION

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Texircon-International Commitment & Awareness Declaration is a voluntary, self-initiated format designed for individuals or businesses who wish to publicly express alignment with specific ethical principles in the textile sector. This may include, but is not limited to, commitments such as avoiding child labor, supporting traditional craftsmanship, or reducing environmental harm.

Texircon-International does not verify, certify, or monitor any of the submitted claims. We do not perform audits, fact-checking, or ongoing evaluation. Responsibility for the truthfulness and implementation of all declarations remains solely with the participating party.

Participants receive a symbolic visual badge and a brief accompanying statement reflecting the values they have chosen to declare. Texircon-International may provide editorial guidance to ensure clarity, consistency, and non-misleading presentation. However, we make no judgment or endorsement regarding the content or implementation of the declaration.

LIMITATION OF USE
This service is a form of structured self-expression. It does not constitute:

• a certification or seal of compliance
  
  

• a legal document or formal attestation
  
  

•  proof of adherence to ethical or regulatory standards

The visual badge and accompanying declaration are for informal communication and awareness only. They must not be used in contexts that suggest independent validation, legal standing, or institutional endorsement by Texircon-International.
The badge and associated text may not be submitted as supporting material in court cases, regulatory filings, or institutional applications.
Use of the badge does not imply that the participant will achieve any commercial advantage or reputational benefit.

Misrepresentation of the badge, including any implication of certification or third-party approval, is strictly prohibited.

Texircon-International reserves the right to revoke the badge and remove any related listing if the declaration is misused, misrepresented, or presented in a misleading context.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Texircon-International assumes no liability for:

• the content or accuracy of the values declared

• any misunderstanding, public criticism, or reputational harm resulting from a declaration

• the consequences of displaying the badge or associated text in any format

• commercial outcomes, disputes, or third-party reactions linked to the declaration

• variations in how ethical commitments are interpreted by others

Texircon-International does not guarantee the clarity, credibility, or public reception of any declaration. The format is symbolic, voluntary, and non-binding.
Participants agree not to rely on the badge or declaration as a basis for any legal, financial, or commercial decision.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texircon-International’s total liability for any claim relating to this service shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Commitment & Awareness Declaration.

JURISDICTION AND FINAL PROVISIONS
This section is part of Texircon-International’s full Terms of Use and is subject to the same governing law and jurisdiction clauses described therein. Use of this service implies full acceptance of these terms.

SECTION 12 - ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT TERMS

The Value Estimation Certificate is protected by copyright by Texircon-International . It may not be reproduced (in any form), published (in any form), passed on to third parties or used by other persons without the written consent of Texircon-International. The Value Estimation Certificate is created only for the Client. The Client shall have a permanent, non-transferable license to the Valuation (including the Value Estimation Certificate), subject to Texircon-International's right to cancel or withdraw the Valuation (including the Value Estimation Certificate).

The photos and Value Estimation Certificate may be used by us for marketing purposes. We may use provided material, photos, texts and Value Estimation Certificate in anonymous form for our own marketing purposes.

If we recognize difficulties that could prevent us from delivering on time or in the agreed quality, we will contact the Client directly to agree on the further completion of the order (e.g. an extension of the completion time).

We do not guarantee the constant availability of Texircon-International and the services accessible via web pages of Texircon-International or their sub-pages. 

Furthermore, we reserve the right to make changes in terms of our availability, domain address of this website, all of our services, prices as well as products.

SECTION 13 - REFUND

We will refund the price which the Client paid to us, after the Client has provided all the information requested by us and we are unable to complete the order.

We will not refund the price which the Client paid to us merely because the object was not the outcome which the client was hoping for regarding the value estimation.

Will not refund the price which the Client paid to us due to factors outside of our control.

We will not refund the price which the Client paid to us if the Client is unable to provide photos, specification and other information required for proper value estimation. 

We will not refund the price which the Client paid to us if photos, specification and other Information for the value estimation have not been provided within 3 days of service order. We will declare the value estimation “inconclusive” and completed based on lack of photographic evidence, specifications and other information.

SECTION 14 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to Service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Use, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms of Use are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
