Many rugs are inherited, kept, or sold without clear identification. Whether they are hand-knotted or what they're worth often remains uncertain. Rugs are frequently misjudged, sometimes overestimated, sometimes sold far too low. Without background knowledge, mistakes are easy to make and usually go unnoticed.

In such cases, orientation helps. But most advice comes with conditions. Appraisals are often costly and not common for everyday cases. Dealers, with commercial interests, may not always provide objective advice. Texircon takes a different approach.

We are neither buyers nor sellers. Our evaluations are carried out by experienced specialists with academic backgrounds in carpet and textile-related fields. We offer independent assessments based solely on photos and size specifications, guided by visual characteristics and expertise.

Texircon will provide a written estimate based on the carpet images and dimensions you submit. Within 72 hours, we will assess whether the carpet is hand-knotted, suggest a probable region of origin and provide a non-binding market value estimation.

The Value Estimation Certificate is intended to provide orientation, especially in cases where no prior documentation exists and a structured opinion is needed. It is an informal, non-binding evaluation based solely on the submitted images and dimensions. It does not constitute an official appraisal and is not suitable for legal, financial, or administrative use, including court proceedings, insurance, or tax matters.

The certificate is intended for private use only. Public sharing, resale, or misuse is not permitted.
